E.D.O.A.R.D.O.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 un software \u201cmodulare\u201d nato per la corretta valutazione del processo aziendale di Anticorruzione attraverso la mappatura dei processi, degli asset e delle terze parti aziendali.<\/p>\n

L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 di favorire una maggiore uniformit\u00e0 nell\u2019attuazione della legislazione e della normativa vigente in maniera di prevenzione della corruzione utilizzando un Piano Triennale di Prevenzione.<\/p>\n

– Acquisire consapevolezza dei rischi a cui l\u2019organizzazione \u00e8 esposta;<\/p>\n

Gestione workflow Documentale<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il modulo permette la gestione di un workflow approvativo dei documenti seguendo la struttura dei processi aziendali censiti. Il software registrer\u00e0 tutti i passaggi dei documenti nonch\u00e9 le tempistiche trascorse per la firma e l\u2019approvazione degli stessi.\u00a0Un\u2019analisi di questi parametri porta all\u2019identificazione di possibili incoerenze del processo nonch\u00e9 di possibili fenomeni corruttivi in atto.\u00a0Il software permette inoltre la firma digitale tramite interfaccia con i sistemi esistenti (CNS, smartcard, token USB)<\/p>\n

E.D.O.A.R.D.O. , tramite la compilazione di un wizard, permette di produrre un report excel conforme a quanto richiesto dalla normativa.<\/p>\n

La compilazione di quest\u2019ultimo sar\u00e0 abilitata solo agli utenti identificati come \u201cResponsabile della Prevenzione della Corruzione\u201d.<\/p>\n

A fronte di una reale minaccia \u00e8 possibile avere in tempo reale informazioni circa i processi impattati, RTO processi, Contact List della persona segnalata e dettaglio dei ruoli.<\/p>\n
